Two M2 Max dies joined into one chip give the M2 Ultra a 24-core CPU and a 60-core or 76-core GPU, backed by 800 GB/s of unified memory bandwidth. Configure 64 GB, 128 GB, or up to 192 GB of unified memory and 1 TB up to 8 TB of SSD storage.
It handles large compiles and parallel builds, machine-learning training and inference, multicam 8K editing, and heavy GPU-based 3D rendering with ease — a dependable, well-supported choice for demanding engineering and creative work.
