Where are the machines hosted?

In a European datacenter today, with additional regions on the way. Every machine gets a fixed IP and a 10 Gbps uplink.

Machines ship with a current macOS release and full admin rights, so you can install Xcode, Homebrew, and anything else you need.

How do I connect?

Over SSH, VNC, and Apple Screen Sharing. Each machine has a fixed IP you can allowlist, and you can also drive it from the REST API or macctl.

Yes. Every machine comes with full admin and root access — it's your dedicated Mac, not a locked-down slice.

Are there backups or snapshots?

Each machine includes weekly snapshots so you can roll back a bad change. Retention scales with your tier.

How does per-machine billing work?

Each machine you run is one billable unit. Add three Standard machines and you pay 3× the Standard price. Remove one and billing prorates the rest of the period.

Can I use SSO?

Yes, on the Enterprise tier. We support OIDC and SAML — bring your IdP (Workspace, Okta, Entra, Auth0) and onboarding wires it up.

Is there an SLA?

Standard and Performance run best-effort uptime. Enterprise carries a 99.9% SLA with service credits if we miss it.
