Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms govern your use of Cloud Mac. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
01The service
Cloud Mac provides dedicated macOS machines you provision through the dashboard, REST API, and macctl CLI, billed per machine.
02Your account
You are responsible for your account, your organization's members, and your API tokens. Keep credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
03Acceptable use
Do not use Cloud Mac for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity, and do not attempt to disrupt the platform, other tenants, or third parties.
04Subscriptions and billing
Machines are billed per machine, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. Charges recur until you cancel; removing a machine prorates the rest of the period. Taxes may apply.
05Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time; standard tiers have no minimum commitment. Fees already due are non-refundable except where required by law.
06Your content and data
You keep all rights to the data and software you run. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service, and you are responsible for what you run on your machines.
07Availability and SLA
Standard and Performance tiers run on best-effort availability. The 99.9% SLA and service credits apply only to the Enterprise tier or where separately contracted.
08Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the platform and its software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these Terms are in effect.
09Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms; you may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will do so.
12Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will post the new date here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes are subject to its courts. Contact: [email protected].
