Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what Cloud Mac collects, why, and the choices you have. It is drafted on a USA/Delaware baseline and is written to respect GDPR and KVKK rights.
01Who we are
Cloud Mac provides dedicated macOS machine rental to teams. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions go to [email protected].
02Data we collect
Account details (name, email), organization and billing information, machine and connection metadata, support messages, and standard technical logs such as IP address, device, and cookies.
03How we use it
To provide and secure the service, provision and bill machines, answer support, maintain the audit log, meet legal obligations, and improve the product.
04Legal bases (GDPR)
We rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a secure service, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
05Sharing and sub-processors
We share data only with vetted processors — payments, email, error monitoring, our datacenter, and support chat. We never sell personal data.
06International transfers
Data may be processed in the European Union and the United States under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
07Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and security purposes. Audit-log retention depends on your plan tier.
08Your rights
Subject to law, you can access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your data (GDPR), and exercise the equivalent rights under KVKK in Türkiye. Email us to make a request.
09Security
We use single-tenant isolation, encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and a dedicated secrets vault. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
10Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and security. Any analytics cookies are set only with your consent where the law requires it.
11Children
Cloud Mac is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
12Changes and contact
